The 5 Ascension Gifts are called to be disruptive innovators who build new models by way of Disruptive Innovation.

God is raising up Apostolic Disruptors who will become Apostolic Innovators. They will pioneer (out of the box thinking) not content with church in the norm but seek to empower the Body of Christ for the sole purpose of Kingdom Advancement.

The core of these Apostolic People will be the resistance to put new wine skin in old wine skins based on (Mark 2:22).

Three of the new wineskins will be knowledge of:1. The existing church, the extending church2. Affirming the 5 Ascension Gifts to be leaders in the existing church3. Operating and activating the church in the 7 Systems or 7 Kingdoms – Faith, Family, Business, Education, Government, Media and Arts & Entertainment

These innovators will not be just content to try and improve existing church models. No - they will be pioneers - pathfinders and trailblazers, and considered "disruptive innovators" who truly seek to build apostolic models of ministry patterned after heaven's desire for this generation. In some places it may be a radical reshaping of an existing model - in other places it will more likely be a completely new wineskin to contain the new wine God is about to pour out from heaven on this generation.

The Apostle Paul would have been considered a "disruptive apostolic innovator. "He wasn't trying to "improve" on the old. No - he was trying to challenge the old to come into the new. And the old hated him for it and challenged him every step of the way.

John the Baptist, the last prophet of the old system was sent to prepare the way for the new. And he lost his life for it. The Apostle Peter was called to preach to those in the old and bring them into the new - but even he would occasionally slip back into the old receiving the Apostle Paul's rebuke.

Of course, the greatest disruptor of all was Jesus Christ. He interrupted an old unfaithful religious system of people and priests and told them it was over. He interrupted the deceiver's plans forever and defeated him.

Christ's incarnation changed everything - forever! Some current models of ministry are worthy of a radical reshaping. Many others are not and will eventually be replaced by models built by" disruptive apostolic innovators. "

And just like the old almost always despises the new, this new breed of leaders will have their sharp critics. But they will introduce new models of ministry and church that will create a tectonic shift and change in Christianity and church as we know it.

But because of their apostolic calling, they will build with the same Apostolic Spirit released in the Book of Acts that initiated exponential expansion of the Kingdom of God. And they will build on the foundation of the word of God - excluding the effects of centuries of religion and tradition.

These new apostolic innovators will have great respect for what God in previous generations but will be intensely convicted and passionate about their calling and responsibility for this generation, and ones to come. It is already happening in different places, but not currently with a lot of promotion. But get ready for these next generation leaders to arise and make their mark.

Some may be criticized for now, but future generations will look back and honor them for their faith and courage and for the incredible contribution they made.

These are Apostolic Gifts with Disruptive Apostolic Innovation are coming to a city near you. They are transformation Apostolic Leaders – change agents for a New Millennium. They are a new breed and they are here. ALL IN. Not sitting comfortably on the sidelines but RIGHT NOW INTHE GAME. They are the hope for the future of a church that will continue to advance the Kingdom of God from generation to generation.

Apostles (Govern) – They establish, send forth, Fathers, trailblazers

Prophets (Guide) – They see, point to, forthtell, foretell

Evangelists (Gather) – They reach, bring in souls for Kingdom Advancement

Pastors (Guard) – They protect, provide and care for the sheep of God

Teachers (Grow) – They develop, mature, teach and grow the body of Christ by way of God’s word

The 5 Ascension Gifts are the people who are called by God to use their gifts, talents and anointings to bring the Body of Christ into full maturity for the advancement of the Kingdom with the ultimate goal of bringing Revelation 11:15 from being a prophecy to becoming a reality.
The Existing Church – The Church within walls that operate within the parameter set in place by the Great Apostle, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20). This speaks of the Ethnos of God.
The Extended Church - This is the church without walls, yet is the place where we live, work, play and operate in 95 percent or our lives. This mandate is found in Mark 16:15 - this speaks of the (Cosmos) the systems of this world.
The 7 Systems/Kingdoms/Mountains are the systems or kingdoms of this world that are in every nation on the face of the Earth, in one way or another. They are the Kingdoms of Faith, Family, Business, Media, Government, Education and Arts & Entertainment.

Purpose
The E4 Apostolic Assignment Alliance is a fellowship of faith leaders who recognize the need for Kingdom Assimilation concerning the ascension gift given to the church by Jesus Christ according to Ephesians 4:11-16.

Our goal is to build covenant relationship that will model who we are called to be in the body of Christ.

To become an E4 member, you must be a part of a local congregation in your city of residence that is recognized by the local municipality as a church. Also, you must be recognized as one who is submitted to the covering of the Apostle, Bishop or Senior Pastor of said church.

E4 Mission
E4 Leadership parents and mentors the anointed through God-centered direction thereby to hold accountable those who recognize an assignment given to them by Holy Spirit in one or more areas of the “Fivefold Ministry.”

E4 Alliance provides networking and relationship building opportunities with Fivefold Ministry gifts of leaders with diverse backgrounds who have a wealth of experience.

As in all things, the Alliance is committed to conducting all forms of communication above reproach, with the highest integrity toward another.

The E4 Alliance consists of the following:

Apostles
Those who have received the call to the assignment of leadership, oversight and scriptural accuracy in the body of Christ while establishing fresh and new kingdom building emphasis in line with scriptural integrity.

Prophets
Those who have been called and given the assignment of the prophetic in the present age who speak prophetically as the Spirit wills to profit all and advance the Kingdom agenda.

Evangelist
Those who have been called to the assignment of building the body of Christ through evangelistic works throughout the nations calling mankind to salvation through Jesus Christ and leading them to understand the Kingdom life.

Pastors
Network of Senior Pastors who serve as under sheperds of a recognized congregation. Assignment Pastors who serve under the covering of a Senior Pastor given delegated leadership to a specific area of ministry.

Teachers
Those who have the gift of explaining the Word of God with clarity and effectiveness so that Kingdom growth takes place.

. To hold fast to the integrity of recorded scripture.
. To hold the course of each assignment given as the ascension gifts without the opinion of    man redirecting our course.
. To demonstrate Kingdom principles of operation and application in every manner of ministry.
. To serve in an advisory role when needed in any problematic situation.
. To provide training and oversight for Apostolic Affirmations, Ordinations and licensing of    fivefold ministry gifts.
.To partner with ministries and alliances in prayer and intercessory commitment.
.To provide a platform for spiritual impartation and “iron-sharpening-iron” dynamic through   the exchange of methodologies, etc.
.To exhibit an attitude that is characteristically faithful, accountable and teachable.
.To exhibit support by actively partnering with the financial structure of this Alliance.
.To respect and honor the fact that God can use whomever He decides to carry an   assignment.

. Every member commits to support the Alliance and its operation with a seed of $30/month   ($360/year).
. Every member at registration remit a seed of $200 to the Alliance.
. Every member commits to renewing their registration annually with a $100 seed to the   Alliance.
